I came across this is little story today, it's not breaking news. I suspect that a member of the housekeeping staff knows something about the bomb threat that required the sweep for weapons.

QuoteAccording to police in Secaucus, the bomb threat — which later was determined to be bogus — was called in to Hudson Regional Hospital on July 18. During a search, bomb detection dogs led investigators to an unlocked office closet containing dozens of firearms.
Among the weapons were 11 handguns and 27 rifles or shotguns, according to police. The closet also contained a .45 caliber semi-automatic rifle with a high-capacity magazine that was determined to be an assault rifle, and a 14-round high-capacity handgun magazine.
The arrested the guy the next day.
What the heck do you think this guy was doing? It sounds very ominous that he was keeping those weapons there.

The universities that he claims to have attended have no record of his presence. Two firms that he claims to have worked at have no record of his employment. His claims to be a property owner cannot be confirmed with legal records.

What about his immigration status??? VETTING those who ran for office used to be part of local party organization... what does the local branch say about their vetting process, didn't see it in the report.

Government has no burdens. The tax payers do. And hospitals are nonprofit because of the multitude of tax breaks they get.

Apparently his opponent and newspapers are too stupid to vet.

Hate to point out the obvious, but the question is why didn't his opponent or local press do any vetting during the campaign? This one or the first time he ran in 2020.

People strive to be like Christ and live Christ like lives but we are not him, We should with honesty and purity make every effort to be and that’s all he ask of us. No man is perfect, no not one. That said, this lady…okay…. I guess she was trying to take a stand IDK . I can see what you’re saying about her feelings about her beliefs which is contradictory because your feelings also dictate your actions which in her case should have come from a place of love if she truly is saying that it is her Christian beliefs driving her decision.
I suspect we will see much more of these types of issues and not because there are so many new things happening in the world . I think it’s because we are approaching these new happenings in the world the wrong way, from the wrong place, and it’s not from a place of love and mutual respect for one another. This would require a level of maturity that some people just don’t have.
That Ohio teacher really would have annoyed Jesus.

I have climbed a couple of those pyramids in the Yucatan. It's easy going up but a lot scarier to get down:) This story is a sad commentary on our inability to control our population numbers. We will just continue to destroy our history with a little bit of who we are, for the sake mass tourism to support a population that shouldn't even exist.

The obvious question is why are Republicans not interested in vetting the people they support to represent them? Even after this fellow ran as a Republican in 2020, no one in the party cared enough to check up on even one of his claims. It's not like this fellow's loose relationship with truth or honor is an outlier... just consider some of the people elected...Boebert, MTG, Trump... and a good number of those who couldn't get elected, like Kari Lake or Herschel Walker.
But sure, its all the fault of liberal opponents and the press that they don't vet republican candidates before the republican party backs them for office. That's what republican accountability looks like... finger pointing.

He won. That’s all that matters. That’s the way Democrats look at their candidates.
QuoteThe mayor of a Texas border city declared a state of emergency Saturday over concerns about the community's ability to handle an anticipated influx of migrants across the Southern border.
El Paso Mayor Oscar Leeser issued the state of emergency declaration to allow the city on the U.S. border with Mexico to tap into additional resources that are expected to become necessary after Title 42 expulsions end on Dec. 21, the El Paso Times reported.
