I am a nervous wreck waiting on whether or not I am accepted to my school's nursing program for this fall 2013, and thought that starting this thread may be able to keep myself and others company..........Please feel free to write anything while we wait.
I have been a "lurker" on these boards for some time while taking my pre-nursing classes. My school is highly competitive because they offer a night/weekend program. This year there were 255 applicants for 10 spots. I was chosen as an alternate, but I thought with those odds, I wouldn't get in. So for around a month I've been grieving and searching for another option. Today I get a call from my school offering me a spot! Of course I accepted!!! I couldn't even come to these boards because seeing other people get in depressed me so much. I am glad to say I will be a Fall 2013 nursing student!

Congratulations, CeeCee!!!! Go do a happy dance and celebrate this weekend :D
What exciting news
I go on Friday to take my CNA state exam and then I will be officially just waiting on my letter also. They go out on June 15th so I do believe I will go crazy before then. The only thing that is going to save me is my daughter is going to church camp for the first time June 9-12 so I will have to get her ready for that.
I am so nervous and just like everyone else I can't believe I am at this point FINALLY

I got into the nursing major at an awesome school where I'll get in-state tuition! And I get to graduate on time! So excited, yet incredibly nervous. :)
