UTMB Spring 2012

Hey Guys!

I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread for all UTMB Galveston's Spring 2012 traditional bsn applicants. Have you all started to apply yet or at least looked at the application? What do you think? How are your personal statements/testing going? If you guys have anything worth discussing please post and good luck to all!

Okay my second Interview went great! She said at that point my GPA and Teas Score didn't matter it was solely up to the commitee. She was extremely nice and helpful. She was a part of the commitee and I was given her card to email her once I receive my letter. I absolutely enjoy her company and left confident! So we shall see and the commitee meets this afternoon and I was told I should get a letter no later than tomorrow!

I figured they would start sending letters out faster... It's pretty late in the semester! Time to get a move on !

let me tell you....i interviewed september 9th lol!! yes long 6 weeks......but i have seen that the ones interviewed in october found out like a week or even days later........i was the first batch to interview ...and for some reason they didnt start looking at them until last week or so.....but i believe that you will fidn out sooner...whats ur gpa if you dont mind me asking??

I finally received my acceptance email yesterday!

It was a long wait but soo worth it.

3.88 overall.. 4.0 science prereqs..

well i think you have a very good chance!! your gpa is really good!! keep us updated and best of luck

Yeah! I've been reading around these forums for some time, but this is my first actual post! I just wanted to let everyone know that I had my interview today AND received my acceptance e-mail as well. Hopefully this will mean good news for everyone who has been waiting so anxiously! Good luck to you guys :]
