Sorry I didn't want this post to get mixed up with the other thread haha it's so long.

Anyways wondering if anyone else applied for the Spring 09. Im also wondering if its worth buying the study guide for the TEAS that they are selling and what kind of questions they ask you in the interview.

I'm so nervous because mine is coming up!

I think pixie told me it was a little too colorful.. So i might get another kind that is less colorful and more white (maybe white grey) I mean i dont wanna drop like 100 bucks and not be able to wear the shoes! Figure i buy a pair of shox and a pair of Kswiss kicks and call it a day.

Hey everyone,

I was looking at the tuition bill and it says something like $160 for fitness center. Well I know that UTHSCSA is pairing with Spectrum and building this bran new fitness club. Does anyone know anything about this? Apparently it will be ready late Spring 09. They are currently enrolling students and faculty only but I think even students need to pay membership fees. If so, what the heck is this charge for?

You are charged that fee because they are indeed building a Spectrum on campus, but it won't be ready for several more months. In the meantime, as long as you're a paying student, you have membership to the Spectrum at Prue Rd which is really close to the UTHSCSA. Once you have your ID you can take it to Spectrum and enjoy the facility. Trust me, there is nothing like sitting in the steam room after a looong day.

Is it only the Prue Spectrum? There is another spectrum much closer to my house. It would be nice to be able to pick which spectrum since we're being forced to pay the fee.

Actually, when I went to get my membership card, the lady told me that you can choose any Spectrum you want. You just need to go to the Spectrum that you want membership at and activate your membership there. You have to have your UTHSCSA ID with you.

3 weeks before thanksgiving I stopped my jogging and working out :-( I guess i'll start it up agian after the holidays haha

Hi guys, Well the end of this semester is here and after all my hard work I ended up with a D in Chem II which means, soon there will be one more slot for the Flex Spring Semester. I wish yall the best of luck. I am so sad right now that after all my hard work it went down the drain.

I will try again and hopefully see ya'll in the Fall.

so, I heard today that our uniforms are changing next semester to orange..its better than all white, but were gonna look like prison inmates!
