UT houston spring 2010 hopefuls

hi there, I'm a spring 2010 UT houston hopefull, I'm trying to see who else is embarking on this journey so we can support each other. I really enjoyed tracking the Fall 2009 class, and I hope we can do the same. I still have a few classes to take. I am currently taking chemistry. As of now my science GPA is 3.33, and overall gpa is 3.61. I am taking the net in May.

Can't wait to hear from others.

Has anyone else started stalking their UT Link.....I know its only been one week and one day since the final interviews but its killing me.....rrrgggghhhh.....I hope we know something before Nov 15th. From the Fall 09 chatrooms your UT Link changes before you get your letter and it will say "accepted on a provisional basis" thats if you are still taking classes this semester. Good luck everyone

Stalking is a good word for it. When I log on, I close my eyes and pray something is different. So irrational, but soon the stalking will pay off. :p

emag, did anyone say in the fall09 thread when their utlink status changed vs when they got the hard copy letter. i thought i read that people were seeing their status change 3 to 5 days before they got a letter in the mail, but i might be wrong...

I noticed it changed up to 10 days before for some people but I'm sure they don't change them all at the same time and they don't mail them all out at the same time either. Sooo hard waiting! I keep analyzing everything even though I know I cant change anything. All we have left to do is wait. :(

I think its definately a few days before. You can probably get an exact answer if you go back to the Fall 09 blog. I would think that Nov 15th is a Sunday. So hopefully they would get them in the mail the Friday before or the Monday after. I would think our UT Link would change no later than Nov 15th right? I think they change the Link once they decide they want you and then they mail out a letter. That would make the most sense right?

okay so i went back to the fall 2009 thread and did some research... the letters were supposed to be sent out on April 1st for them, but their UT link started to change on March 19th-ish to March 22nd-ish. That's about 12 days before the 1st....

For us...if they're supposed to send out letters by november 15th, then we should start checking like crazy on november 2nd-ish! Next monday!! :)

oh gosh...when you say it like that my heart dropped....well I guess we should all start checking Nov 1st and keep each other updated.....now I am really tripping out at the thought of knowing something within a week maybe. Lets not get out hopes up though because I am sure each semester it changes. I am gonna go investigate Spring 2009 and see if they too found out 12 days earlier than the mail and I will let you know what I find

spring 2010 is the first semester that students will be admitted in the spring

well no wonder I couldnt find anything....LOL so would the one before Fall 09 be Fall 08?
