hi there, I'm a spring 2010 UT houston hopefull, I'm trying to see who else is embarking on this journey so we can support each other. I really enjoyed tracking the Fall 2009 class, and I hope we can do the same. I still have a few classes to take. I am currently taking chemistry. As of now my science GPA is 3.33, and overall gpa is 3.61. I am taking the net in May.
Can't wait to hear from others.
Seems I probably won't be going here. Guess it was foolish to assume that they would accept my courses. They don't having a course transfer list for my school, but since it's a part of the UT system, I figured, incorrectly, that they would count everything the same
- They gave me credit for my Basic Chemistry class, but not the allied health chemistry lab.
- My AP credits for History were not counted, so I have a missing 3 hour history requirement as well
- My English AP didn't count so missing 3 hours of English
- My US Politics class didn't give me credit for US Government. Ironically, they listed my US Politics as having satisfied my Texas politics requirement
So much work, to come so far, to accomplish so little...

I found out late that my APs wouldn't count for Extracurricular credit, that was pretty scary. I still just barely made the cut. I wish they would point that out on the website
Seriously, its so competitive, I'm scared to give them even the slightest reason to say, nope not her. Like, if it came down to me and somebody else, and I was the one who re-scheduled the interview, would they say "Well... she couldn't even re-arrange her schedule for our interview sooo..."Paranoid, I realize, but just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you...
No i totally understand...that's why i don't want to change either! oh by the way...what are you guys planning to wear?
i got my interview letter today! it's the 17th at 11:30 as well. for those that asked....my net math score was 100, reading was 89. i took my NET aug. 14
Mine is the same day also! I'm thinking they only do interview on tuesdays and thursdays... it seems that everyone who got interviews have their interview on a tuesday or thursday.
