Do you have any idea why Vermont is now the slowest among the four service centers on the processing dates? It seems Nebraska is the most updated followed by Texas then California.
This came to my attention coz a lot of nurses have been applying for Vermont and now that it had slowed down, they were thinking if they made a mistake in submitting their petition there.
Hope somebody could enlighten us on this. Will really appreciate it.
Sorry, but I am very tolerant, but if I have difficulties reading it, and I should have not have to take several minutes to do so, then there are others that are having problems whose first language is not English. This forum is here so that everyone can learn from it, not specific for only two or three to write back adn forth to each other.
That is what pms are for. It has also been brought to the poster's attention in the past. There are notices in the TOS of this forum that need to be followed by all.
If I can read it easy, or anyone else can, then it is not an issue, but when I have to take several minutes to decipher it, it is not fair. And in the US, you will be writing in English with proper grammar for all of your charting.
Sorry.
hey suzanneits a foreign nurse site ofcourse english may not be upto the highest standards, so lets show some empathy for the effort made by nurses to participate in this forum. not everyone in the world has the same english capabilities or access so how about some tolerance!!
appreciate it,

i absolutely agree with suzanne!!!
foreign people, also can speak and write proper english.
foreign nurses ( that are trying to work in us) must speak and write proper english.
there is a difference between really not knowing how to spell a word or build a sentence and becoming lazy, and not wanting to put a period or a coma.
nobody's talking here about extraordinary writing skills.
Texas Service Center's latest post (December 20) says they are now processing applications filed on or before November 1 for Schedule A Nurses
I think Texas is accurate, here is my story (RN)
Everything was received by Texas on 19 August 05
EAD approved September 6th
I-140 approved October 5th
Finger printing October 13
RFE for I-485 repply, received by Texas on 23 November
I-485 approved December 9
We received our cards and letters of approval on December 16
About 4 months everything was cleared, I thank God for that. I wish you all a quick and fovourable response from all these Service centers.
