Suzanne, Pharmacology has been my waterloo since i was in college. A MD-RN friend of mine has a friend who just took the NCLEX last August and there had been at least 15 questions for herbal meds, 20 on drugs - therapeutic values and side effects as well as 5 computations. just thinking about it makes me throw up! waahhh! this has been becoming a trend in the NCLEX. The herbal meds i got from you is sufficient enough but do you have any other materials that covers common medications that usually comes out in the NCLEX? i will really, really appreciate any help that i can get from you. thanks so much.

i empathize on what you are going through right now. i attended a program for NCLEX few weeks ago and the facilitator shared to us that he has a friend who failed the nclex at least five times, i think, from what i can remember. He is working in Beverly Hills for a bigtime employee as a private nurse but you know what, he still has the desire to pass the nclex because he cannot always work as a private nurse. He still has a goal to have a license to practice. He already has a nice home somewhere in LA, two or three luxury cars, nice salary. He may not even want to take the NCLEX anymore coz he is living the life he already wants just working for that employee but still...he wanted to pass the nclex. now, it made me realize how important to really pass it. it is just a start of a dream to make it all come true... whatever our status in our life right now. once a nurse will always be a nurse... don't waste it... use it for the greater good. suzanne for clarifying this issue. My friends are concerned about the filing of their I-140 in the Vermont Service Center. Mine was also filed in Vermont and has a priority date of June2004. it has been processed already but i am still waiting for the decision. As for my friends' licensure application, they have decided now to apply for NY and they plan to work in NY too so i am aware that is another issue. I apologize if you misunderstood my post. I did not mean my friends to take the Vermont licensure. my bad!! However, they are most concerned about the processing date of Vermont SC which is way too behind now from California, Texas and Nebraska, but i really appreciate you for enlightening me on this. Their petition was not yet filed that's why they wanted me to ask somebody before approaching their employer... thanks. :)

Do you have any idea why Vermont is now the slowest among the four service centers on the processing dates? It seems Nebraska is the most updated followed by Texas then California. This came to my attention coz a lot of nurses have been applying for Vermont and now that it had slowed down, they were thinking if they made a mistake in submitting their petition there. Hope somebody could enlighten us on this. Will really appreciate it.

Hi, I am about to sign up for them and it seems a lot of people think very highly of them as one of the reputable staffing companies in NY. I read the contract already but still i wanna know some more info about them from those who have signed up and worked for White Glove or just anybody who happens to know their ins and outs. Your views and comments, may it be positive or negative, will be highly appreciated. Thanks so much.

they do have their visascreens already as well as cgfns certificates and english exams. they only lack the nclex which they prefer to take the Vermont board. Is that possible? (refer to my previous post) thanks :)

hello, i need some insights regarding this situation. Two friends of mine are about to take the licensure for Vermont. They told me that VT process fast than NY because CVS is the reason for the delay whereas in VT you only need the CG cert. im not quite sure. However, my friends wanted to work in New York because more opportunities are present there. will they still need the CVS for endorsement? does VT need the SSN first before issuing the license just like CA? will it take them long to do that since VT usually process fast? they wanted to pass the NCLEX ASAP and i cant seem to convince them to take the NY route. i havent submitted my application yet so im trying to weigh things in and i don't want to put my plans in jeopardy. also, suzanne and everybody, i needed some feedback on this. i just found out on visapro.com that Vermont Center is now two months behind already for the schedule A nurses' processing time. Texas is processing the May 2005 applications and California with the April 2005 applications. Vermont is still stuck in March 2005 when before i often check their schedule and usually they update their schedules at least every two to three months. Does that mean that they are now getting slow in processing and back logs now are overflowing since almost every foreign applicant is now applying there? do you still advise that we still have our applications processed in Vermont? How about TX and CA? i know your views wouldn't change but we would still appreciate any info. your feedbacks will be highly appreciated. please enlighten me and my friends. thanks again.
