Hello Everyone!!
It is finally my time to post to this forum! EXCITING!!! I did not see a thread for Fall 2020 and I might be SUUUUPER early but man that nursing application process takes proper a year doesn't it?
I am done with all my general courses and TEAS except for nursing chem, one elective (health and human disease), Patho, Pharm, and Intro to Nursing. I plan to take CHEM 1451 and HEED 4312 in the Fall 19 semester, apply in January, and then while waiting on that, take Patho and Intro to Nursing in Spring 2020 and Pharm by itself in Summer 2020.
I have an A in Micro, A&P 1, and A&P 2. This has been a LOOOONG journey and I cannot wait to start!
I uploaded scanned copies of my immunizations and hep b titer result. I followed the attachment they sent us in the acceptance email for inplace. It tells you exactly what needs to be uploaded. I had to upload the same vaccination records several times for mutiple vaccines. Yes I had to put dates as well as titer results for hep B.

I just sent over what my Dr typed up for hep shots and titers, my varicella titer report, tdap shot record from my Dr, mmr shot records from Walgreens, and flu from Kroger pharmacy
I know but today I talked to the heath center at UTA they told me I can just submit the one record from their website showing all that s done with dates and it should be fine. the only thing I dont have an riginal copy from is the hep B titer from last week and the titers I did last year....so I might have to go there tomorrow ....
