True, but if you’ve already started the two test process you will have time to get it in by the first of the first test is already done and read.

Reality check here. You need to have both patho and pharm done before you start the nursing program. You can apply before they are done, but they still have to be done before you start the program. Being partnered does not put you in a separate pool. You just get additional consideration over someone that might not be partnered. TWU is a fine program, but harder to get into, and they also use TEAS scores in their ranking process, which UTA doesn’t. TWUs program is on campus two years. Uta has both online and on campus. Online is harder to get into as their are many more people applying for online, and it’s shorter. On campus is easier to get in, and it’s two years. Hope this helps.

What I meant was they selected who was I for fall the beginning of March. I’m not sure how long they pull from the waitlist

Those classes do not count towards your science grade. They do count for your overall GPA, but to get into the nursing program, a passing grade of a C is fine

Yes you have to have them done before you start J1. That’s bs. You need to get a c or above to pass the classes.

I don’t think cna cert is a consideration. Also, with everything going on, it will probably be longer before they start calling people off the waitlist. Remember the tb testing isn’t due until June 1. Also, there was people waitlisted with scores over 8.

It’s not corrupt. Read the guidelines for qualification. In the AO program, if you are partnered with one of the partnered, hospitals, you get consideration over someone that isn’t. It’s a rule that been in place for a long time. I’m not sure why you want to go to this school if you think it’s corrupt, unfair, etc. I’m sure there are plenty of people that would love to be in your shoes right now, George. Every school has their own rules for qualification.

Why should a public university publish private scores of their students? That’s a total breach of private records of the students and the university. Every school has differ guidelines and rules for who they accept and who they don’t. Nothing is unfair. It is what it is. The more people complain publicly, the more noticeable you make yourselves. All I am saying is if you don’t like it, there are quite a few other schools you can attend. Complaining publicly on a well read chat website won’t make the situation any better.

Keep in mind, as per the email that was sent out and as listed in the immunization requirements you can’t get a titer done after the last dose of any vaccination until at least 28 days after. If it’s within 28 days, they will reject it.
