I believe its two years on the blue card. Or this from the Texas BoN website: A student is transferring to my program and has an outcome letter dated from two years ago. Is this still valid? Yes. So long as no new offenses have occurred, the approval would stand, even if the letter is outdated.

It has to do with the whole credit system. Did you JUST receive your transfer credit report? Have you spoke with advising? I was an advisor on the rn-bsn side and if a student had quarter system we had to do a secondary review and basically plug in the missing credits. Keep in mind it might be different on the bsn side
