  1. Obviously there are exceptions to rules and admissions can be fluid at times, but it should be looked at case by case. Don't make exceptions the norm.
  2. If you want to switch for Fall its too late, you cannot do it.
  3. I am an admissions advisor for the MSN and DNP programs :)
  4. I cannot confirm names (privacy), but have been told that letters will go out March 6.
  5. I believe its two years on the blue card. Or this from the Texas BoN website: A student is transferring to my program and has an outcome letter dated from two years ago. Is this still valid? Yes. So long as no new offenses have occurred, the approval would stand, even if the letter is outdated.
  6. Have you checked your UTA email? Make sure to check spam as well.
  7. I cannot believe we are getting so close to the decision date!
  8. Our state really loves Texas Government and History. They get kind of picky about them
  9. It has to do with the whole credit system. Did you JUST receive your transfer credit report? Have you spoke with advising? I was an advisor on the rn-bsn side and if a student had quarter system we had to do a secondary review and basically plug in the missing credits. Keep in mind it might be different on the bsn side
  10. The only thing i can comment on is that if your university was on a quarter system thats most likely why its 2 credits.
  11. This has helped majorly! My brain at the beginning of this class was trying to grasp everything and I had bad brain farts LOL All of a sudden, yesterday, I realized what information was important and what to zero in on. I guess my brain wasn't quite back from vacation yet lol
  12. My actual, blood brother named his son King James...
  13. I think for Fall they are now only going by HESI scores.
  14. Does anyone have Patho study tips? How are the tests usually laid out? I realize there may be SATA questions mixed in. Any essay type questions?
  15. If you took it at UTA and its been a while, speak with the UTA Testing Center.
  16. I see my scores when I check under the BSN degree plan. It should be at the very bottom where it shows test scores.
  17. Most welcome! I submitted my app in December and was hella nervous about this too. Even working at UTA I still get like yall do and hope I did things right. I checked my app to make sure it was submitted at LEAST 10 times today lol
  18. Heya! The HESI upload screen can be used to upload TEAS scores as well. If you previously took the TEAS and the scores are in the system, youre ok. I did not submit my TEAS scores cause they are already showing on MyMav. This information is also located on the CONHI website with the BSN brochure links.
  19. Oh man yall are making me nervous already!! applied for: Campus ranking: 7.742 Consideration: 1; science science GPA: 3.750 general GPA: 3.492 good luck everyone!!
  20. End of semester update! I got an 88 on my chem final so this puts me at a B overall. 3.75 science GPA!!! now to finish my elective. currently have a 94 in the course ? Getting closer yall!!
  21. The Summer start is included on the Fall app. If people do not meet the Summer criteria they will be put back into the Fall applicants. There aren't more spaces but hopefully will take some people out of the pool so yeah we might be getting a better chance to get in! ?
  22. Its accelerated so I am assuming it does go Summers. At least our RN-BSN and MSN AO programs do that,so one may as well.
