UF Generic BSN 2011

Hey any pre-nursing students out there who applied for UF Generic BSN fall 2011... i didn't see a thread out there so i figured i would start my own. If there are any current nursing students any advice and what was your GPA getting into the program. Thanks a lot and good luck to everyone.

If anyone is having issurs with trasncripts you are welcome to contact me directly and I'll see what the problem might be. Admissions is usually pretty swamped and there can be a lag between when something is recieved and when it posts to your record.

I just checked my UF status and it looks like my transcript was posted yesterday! :)

Hey guys I wonder if u guys are as impatient as I am to get that letter.....well I just wanted to say that I met this lady today who went to UF back in the day and got waitlisted. She told me that she went to another school for her nursing degree and as of today she is a sucessful nurse with a wonderful family. I guess the point I am trying to make is no matter what happens if we get in or not..,.there is life after UF. If u truly want this u WILL be a nurse...as time drawing near I hope that u are all staying postive. Sending postive vibes out to everyone.

Congrats girl! What was your gpa if you don't mind me asking? And are you a uf student or transfer? I haven't received mine yet, but hopefully tomorrow!

USF transfer with a 3.66 after final spring grades. 3.96 for pre-reqs.

I had a decent amount of health-related experience, too, which I think helped.
