UF Generic BSN 2011

Hey any pre-nursing students out there who applied for UF Generic BSN fall 2011... i didn't see a thread out there so i figured i would start my own. If there are any current nursing students any advice and what was your GPA getting into the program. Thanks a lot and good luck to everyone.

OMG congrats...do u guys think transfers are getting theirs first.....or everyone....... And did u get urs in the mail Friday? Again congrats :D

It was postmarked the 18th. It was a big envelope but only had the letter saying I was in and a pamphlet about transferring. I think admissions are somewhat rolling based on when they receive transcripts.

Hey guys I wonder if u guys are as impatient as I am to get that letter.....well I just wanted to say that I met this lady today who went to UF back in the day and got waitlisted. She told me that she went to another school for her nursing degree and as of today she is a sucessful nurse with a wonderful family. I guess the point I am trying to make is no matter what happens if we get in or not..,.there is life after UF. If u truly want this u WILL be a nurse...as time drawing near I hope that u are all staying postive. Sending postive vibes out to everyone.

I was denied from USF after being waitlisted and thought it was the end of the world. I am shocked I was accepted to UF, but it just goes to show that you can't always know how things will work out!

Well I have a question for the UFCON......have most of the letters been sent out or Is it on a rolling basis...should we expect to find out this week...next week?

Really weird...I contacted the CON and they said no letters have gone out yet and that they won't be going out until June...? Lol confused for sure

Official decisions aren't out yet for everyone else. I called and found out something funny going on with my admissions process, so don't be freaked if you haven't heard back!

I understand that we are suppose to hear in June..... but do you have any idea... when in June? Is that still up in the air at this point? also could you possibly notify us when the decisions are mailed out so there will not be any confusion? Thx so much
