Hey guys! gosh I have not been on this site in forever! I just wanted to wish all you guys good luck.. I remember when I was posting on this site a year ago waiting for my letter... I know how you feel! regardless of what the decision letter says just know somehow, someway you will become nurses!! If I have learned anything it is never give up on your dreams. If you are passionate about it then you will reach your goal. GOOD LUCK! I know you will all make AMAZING nurses one day regardless of if you get your BSN from UF

hey guys do you know exactly what type of CPR class we are suppose to take? I looked on American Heart Association and it gives different types of CPR classes. what do you guys think about making a facebook group, so if we have questions we can help each other out..... and we can meet future classmates?

Are you UF student or a transfer? I have asked about that and current nursing student said it depends on the person. I met a girl who works 20hrs a week and is doing nursing. Then i met another girl who said she had to quit her job... all i know is i plan on having a job.... so if you feel like you can handle it then GO FOR IT. Also for those who didn't get in STAY positive....... someone once told me that "the best is yet to come"

Hey gurl i am a UF student

I just got my letter and this fall i will be a GATOR NURSE... congrats to all those who got in but at the end of the day WE WILL ALL BE NURSES IN THE FUTURE NEVER FORGET THAT.

Well.....I wish you guys all the best of luck.... just remember that everything happens for a reason... That at the end of the day we all want to be NURSES and no matter where we go we will get there eventually. Also it has been a pleasure conversing with you guys on this website..... it made this whole experience a lot more easier knowing that there were people out there, freaking out as much as i was :D

thx for letting us know..... at this point i really hope it not like last year were they found out later then expected because some people need to know so they can attend summer session, if they don't get in. I am PRAYING that we find out maybe late next week i am ready to know and move on with my life ... sigh :/

I second that......... the nursing adviser always told me we should find out end of may early June so i expect to receive a letter the second week in June. If not i'll need to start blowing up some phones LOL......... LET THE COUNTDOWN BEGIN AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

sohopeful27 is right at this point all you can do is hope and pray...... also remember that everything happens for a reason.... so regardless the outcome .... it will be the right one. From what i have heard GPA is a big part (:/).... but i don't think it is the only deciding factor. I've heard different things such as the essay and leadership. I am not absolutely sure but that's what i have heard..... who really knows what goes on with UF decision process....... we can only guess.

I understand that we are suppose to hear in June..... but do you have any idea... when in June? Is that still up in the air at this point? also could you possibly notify us when the decisions are mailed out so there will not be any confusion? Thx so much
