Hello all, I'm preparing to apply to UCLA's Master's Entry Clinical Nurse (MECN) program, and so have decided to start a thread for others that planning to also apply and/or interested.
Taking into consideration that admissions begin September 1, 2017 and end on November 1, 2017, this conversation will hopefully progress from now (the lead up) through the time of notification for acceptance/denial/waitlist (between February and April 2018).
In the meantime, is anyone planning to attend any of the upcoming information sessions?
I haven't received anything either. Correct me if I am wrong, but I think I remember seeing in past feeds that the MECN program sends acceptance letters/emails in waves (or maybe I'm mixing up programs)?
Congratulations to everyone who's been accepted and waitlisted! Around what hour in the day are they sending out the letters? I spoke to them on the phone today and they said we will all hear by Friday this week. Good luck to all!
Wait they said we will hear by Friday? I thought they told people we had to wait till mid March for all decisions? Do you think that now they are doing things faster?
