UCLA MECN Fall 2011

I saw that the MECN application for UCLA has been posted today. Is anyone applying to the Fall 2011 program?? I haven't found a thread going on yet...Maybe we can share our questions/concerns regarding the application process here.

I'm trying to keep it down to checking once an hour but that page is definitely staying open on my browser. I guess I'll be glued to the computer all day.

yeah i'm guilty of frantically refreshing both this page and the application status page. I just want to know! good luck everyone! like many have said, at least we're all in the same boat.

that would suck if it's not updated by the end of today.... it keeps saying that decisions will be emailed or mailed out, not updated on the page...

bethany, she probably lied, haha. i hope we all get in!! :) sigh i am so nervous... my anxiety is really killing me!!! i just wanna find out now.. i hate wondering. then again, i'll probably be sad when i get the news... :(

Yes I am betting she was too... It's just too fishy... But anyway good luck to everyone!!! I hope I get to meet a lot of you, especially because this is like our support group!

Hmm I'm confused- where are you guys checking for updates? I went to the page where I applied and there isn't anything indicating a decision. Duke had a link after the references stating decisions were available so I figured UCLA was the same but it sounds like there is another site I should be checking. Help?

Oh man...through this stressful time, you guys are providing much comic relief. :) I've already driven myself insane so I think I'll wait til after work to find out what UCLA said. And I'm trying not to think about it! (although keeping this page open probably isn't helping)

I'm just catching up on the "news" (or lack of it) and these posts are hilarious. I guess before the internet people just sat by their mailboxes in isolation waiting for an answer. This is much better. UCLA website still says no decision.
