Hey guys! I just wanted to start this post for anyone applying for the 2022 cycle for UBC nursing. Just wondering where everyone is coming from and their experiences.
Hey guys!! Feeling very bummed about my Casper test results (3rd quartile) anyone know where that realistically puts me? I applied with a 4.0 GPA from my Bachelors of Science and 4 years of working healthcare experience & volunteering but I’ve heard Casper can be the end all be all for admission
Anyone else in a similar situation?

3rd quartile is great for Casper! I wouldn’t be worried at all, the other components of your application seem great too. They look at your application holistically ?

Yes, applying with similar stats. Also got 3rd quartile too. I am not too sure where that places us. Just hope our supplemental application is strong enough. My friend applied to a program at ubc, she got 3rd quartile and got an interview, so hopefully us placing 3rd quartile won’t hinder us.

I heard if you get a 3 or 4, you have a good chance to get in!

That still seems SOOOOO far away! Did you apply anywhere else too? I also applied to Camosun/UVIC, and if I don't get in there or UBC, I plan to apply to BCIT in June for the Jan.'23 intake.

I'm already attending BCIT nursing but thinking of transferring to UBC if I get accepted! If anyone has any questions about BCIT nursing, feel free to msg me.
Hi!
I have been reading about the 602 new nursing seats that are opening up in BC (362 of which are RN seats), which is super exciting! I cannot figure out if UBC-V is increasing their number of seats for their nursing program for September 2022, or if it is being phased in for 2023? Does anyone know anything about this?
Thanks so much ?
Nina

Hey! I took mine on January 13th and received results on February 10th. I didn't see my results on UBC's SSC page, instead I got an email directly from Altus Suite with a link to view the results on their website.
