Confirmation Hearings for the Trump's incredibly bad choices for cabinet leadership positions. Traitors, drunks, rapists, pet killers and television personalities were the first choice of the mentally ill old man.
My Senator, Dan Sullivan is all over his social media singing the praises of these folk so we should expect most of them to be confirmed.
Hegseths hearing should be starting about now.
That BA in French and the wrestling world didn't prepare Ms McMahon very well for running the department of education. That's probably not surprising to most people. It's odd, however, that the secretary of education doesn't have a more capable communications staff to proofread and review these things.
This sloppy inattention to detail is consistent throughout Trump's loyal, but incompetent, cabinet.
The cuts to Medicaid are coming, Dr Oz is a man on a mission.

If you listen to what she said instead of focusing on the blunder, you'd understand that she agrees with you on the importance of addressing the use of AI in education.
NutmeggeRN said:Respectfully disagree, she should have known what to say before she opened her mouth.
Well, when she opened her mouth this is what came out. The blunder aside, sounds good to me.
"You know, AI development – I mean, how can we educate at the speed of light if we don't have the best technology around to do that?"
A school system that's going to start making sure that first graders, or even pre-Ks, have A1 teaching in every year. That's a wonderful thing!"
Quoting her weird commentary on A1 doesn't make the Secretary of Education seem better informed or more in touch with public education. It was her words, in context, that drew attention in the first place. I agree that making public remarks without some preparation and forethought seems sloppy and incompetent.
I can't stand this woman. I see her on Fox News and she's hateful, has no compassion and her soul is lost.

Trumps entire cabinet looks like a bad joke.

I am guessing Cicely Strong will make an appearance on Saturday Night Live to recreate her character, Judge Box-of-wine.

This is what happens.

Addressing use of AI in education IS something substantive...and the fact that she clearly did not know of what she spoke is ridiculous. Just like her and so many other appointments to this regime. Pam Bondi thinks fentanyl is being added to prescription drugs now...this list just goes on and on.
