I'm really tempted to contact the Department of Consumer Affairs in the next few days if this doesn't get resolved. And I champion the rest of you (those who've tested July 18 and on) to do the same Contact Us - California Department of Consumer Affairs.

Given this day and age with technology, this is beyond RIDICULOUS that nearly two weeks since this system has stopped working that they have yet to be able to fix this!!!

I did call them today and all they had to say was that it was down and it could takes weeks!!! This is ridiculous given the technology we have now a days! The lady initially told me to contact the BON and I told her that I have and once she realized I knew a little bit about what was going on she said they were aware of the problem and I just need to wait. I really can not believe this is happening!

This is like a BLEEPing nightmare!! I can't believe this is happening!!

hey everyone! thank you for the updates. i took my nclex on 07/19 and received the good pop up, however, my name is still isn't on the brn website.

I called the BRN and they told me I'm part of the group that has comm glitch. I got pop-up, but my name is not there yet. Took my exam July 21!! Still waiting.....

I just called Consumer Affairs again and spoke to three different people. I was told to call the BON again, one only knew of the system being down yesterday and now they are up and running and the other said they weren't sure how long it was going to take. One person was actually able to look in the computer and told me that there were no results. I am so confused where the problem is. Pearsonvue confirmed that it was sent, the BON "acknowledged" it and the BON said that they don't have it. Consumer affairs said they are up and running (well at least the people I spoke to) but no results can be found. I am so frustrated at this time and just want a straight answer so I can quit stressing over it. It would be nice to know. I know the BON said it could take 2-4 weeks to get the official notice in the mail, assuming everything is running. Then there are people that said that they get their number on the BON within 48hrs. AHHHHHHHHH!!!

..I just got off the phone with the BON, yes I called again, and the gentleman said that the system is not down, it was only down for a day!! WHAT THE HECK! He said they did get my results, he was not able to see them, and they are just waiting for someone to process it all. I am so confused!

Has anyone else called today?

I am giving them one more day and will be contacting the BRN. Today marks 4 weeks that I have taken the exam and I am dying for the official result. Granted, my school encountered a delay in sending the transcripts, but come on...4 WEEKS with nothing at all!

took my test in visalia on 7/19 and havent heard anything yet=12 days like many of you i have called both pearson and the BRN and was told to wait because our results are trickling in slowly:down:
