NCLEX application mistake

Hello 

I recently apply to the BON for my NCLEX but they sent me a letter saying that my school needs to send the school list but I went to the school the said they already sent and showed me the list that's when I realized that there are 3 Is behind my last name like this "III" but on my application I did not put it like that. could that be the reason they are not seeing my name and could I correct that mistake on the application?
