  1. Same to you Mya2bRN!!! I am so thankful to have had you all to vent to :) I am so glad the wait it over. I hope you are just loving your residency program.
  2. I am up also!! Wahooooooo, I am an RN!! What a crazy roller coaster!!!
  3. I just called Consumer Affairs again and spoke to three different people. I was told to call the BON again, one only knew of the system being down yesterday and now they are up and running and the other said they weren't sure how long it was going to take. One person was actually able to look in the computer and told me that there were no results. I am so confused where the problem is. Pearsonvue confirmed that it was sent, the BON "acknowledged" it and the BON said that they don't have it. Consumer affairs said they are up and running (well at least the people I spoke to) but no results can be found. I am so frustrated at this time and just want a straight answer so I can quit stressing over it. It would be nice to know. I know the BON said it could take 2-4 weeks to get the official notice in the mail, assuming everything is running. Then there are people that said that they get their number on the BON within 48hrs. AHHHHHHHHH!!! ..I just got off the phone with the BON, yes I called again, and the gentleman said that the system is not down, it was only down for a day!! WHAT THE HECK! He said they did get my results, he was not able to see them, and they are just waiting for someone to process it all. I am so confused! Has anyone else called today?
  4. I have not heard anything but will have my second interview this week. Where has everyone interviewed? Has anyone heard from Peds OR?
  5. I know!!! I am right there with you!! We work so hard and it is in someone else's hands.
  6. I did call them today and all they had to say was that it was down and it could takes weeks!!! This is ridiculous given the technology we have now a days! The lady initially told me to contact the BON and I told her that I have and once she realized I knew a little bit about what was going on she said they were aware of the problem and I just need to wait. I really can not believe this is happening!
  7. debbiedoo- I took the NCLEX on the 18th and still no news. The system is down and many people have been calling. Check out this other discussion regarding what is going on. Did you do the pearson due "trick?" https://allnurses.com/nclex-discussion-forum/took-nclex-rn-760595.html
  8. Thanks Mya2bRN! I can not believe this is happening. I am so sickened by this. I feel for those, possibly myself, who have landed a job and had to give it up do to not having an active license. I feel for the BON as I am sure it is added stress to everyone. I wish they would post something on their site that the system is down….etc. It would save a lot of phone calls and frustration. If only they could confirm that we passed and alleviate all this stress.
  9. I also spoke with a nice gentleman at the BON today as my evaluator is not in but he was able to confirm that I did indeed take the test and that my file was complete. I think at this point if we have confirmation that our file is complete there is nothing that we can do. I did speak with pearsonvue and was told that the BON "acknowledged" my test results….whatever that means. The lady at pearsonvue advised me to call the BON in a couple of days. So I am kinda at a stopping point in what to do.
  10. BotoxBaby- Have you tried to speak directly with your evaluator? They should be able to tell you if your file is complete. I called last week and the "operator" or whoever it was said that my file was complete and they are just awaiting my test results. Sorry you have been waiting since July 3rd! 10 days has been killing me :)
  11. daisy90005- No update here! I took my CA boards on 7/19. This is so frustrating!
  12. I copied this from a previous thread…..posted by 2brichielpn08 on March 4, 2009 HERE ARE THE EXACT STEPS TO SEE IF YOU PASSED OR FAILED THE NCLEX EXAM ON THE PEARSON VUE WEB SITE: 1) Go to NCLEX Testing with Pearson VUE. 2) Select the 'Test Taker Services' tab at the top. 3) Click 'Register' on the right side. 4) Click the 'Credit Card' link. 5) Click the 'sign in' link in the second sentence. 6) Enter your Username. 7) Enter your Password. 8) Click the button. 9) Click 'Register' on the left side. 10) Select your test type. 11) Click the button. 12) Select your country. 13) Click the button. 14) Answer the yes/no questions. 15) Select your country again. 16) Select your state. 17) Type in your city. 18) Click the button. A list of schools should appear. 19) Select your school. 20) Select the month and year of your graduation. 21) Select your board of nursing. 22) Click the button. VERY IMPORTANT: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'The candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the Credit Card information page, that means you did not pass. Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
  13. The lady that I spoke to at the BON yesterday was very nice and she told me that there was a glitch, without me even mentioning what I read on this site. So she did confirm it to be true. She never once said anything about 2-4 weeks and when I told her that I need to know for a possible job offer she it should be up soon. Sorry the person you spoke with was a tough cookie. Lets just hope it is posted soon!
  14. Of course :) Thank you so much for the update! I have tried to call the BON and could not get through. I guess we are the lucky ones. However, I did try the "trick" and it still has the pop up so there is hope.
  15. Ah this is killing me! All of my fellow classmates took their boards in OR and found out in 24hours, with their names on the BON. I moved to CA and took my test on the 19th, have been getting the "good pop-up," but just want to know for sure. I really don't understand what takes so long. In order to get our ATT all of our paperwork has to be in, correct? So there shouldn't be anything missing from our files that could hold it up I am guessing. Am I wrong?
