During my last pregnancy, I went to triage at around 23-24 weeks because I thought I may have ruptured membranes. Nope. Just pee.

I was just the opposite-woke up one morning at 36 weeks thinking I was just peeing. Nope, leaking amniotic fluid. Hey, who routinely carries Nitrazine paper with them??

That could be a seriously cool job opportunity. In house nurse to the brothels! I bet the prostitutes are legally required to have very regular health screenings, and that's sure not a job everyone could claim to have. I don't ever remember reading an "I hate working in the brothel" thread, lol!

The legal prostitutes are required to have a complete STI screen, including the blood draws, every month. The men are required to wear condoms, if you refuse you are kicked out. They have camera in the activity rooms and watch the entire time so if a guy tries to slip it off without the girl noticing they are immediately removed and banned from the brothel, plus they can face charges.

The brothels that run within the law (ie- not prostitutes on the Strip in Vegas) are very clean and safe and law abiding.

This has been your brothel lesson for the day.

I'm thankful to have a day shift job that gives me weekends off. Even though it's been a few months, every Saturday afternoon I think how lucky I am to be awake and not at work. I know the new job shine will wear off, but I'm enjoying it.
