GO to Barnes & Noble website and type PRIORITIZATION DELEGATION & ASSIGNMENT. GOOD LUCK...

trust me http://www.learningext.com... its an online review made by NCSBN.. same style of questioning with the actual exam... it helped me a lot, i stopped at 75!

i personally felt that Kaplan q-bank and questions trainers helped. the saunders questions are way too simple compared to NCLEX... kaplan is more up to the difficulty level of what the nclex tested. The strategies that kaplan taught didn't help much though.

hi i did look at the website.:idea:which course you did have and for how long?need advice on this?which is better 5 weeks or 15 weeks?thanks

I wish I could tell you that one study guide helped more than something else. That just wasn't the case. I used Kaplan and I think the biggest thing that made passing NCLEX possible was understanding what the question was asking. Using good judgment, choosing the best action. After drilling myself with the Questions over and over and reading the rationals, I resorted to getting out my anatomy book and re-familiarizing myself with body systems and how they worked. The functions and purposes of the hormones and electrolytes(physiology). I figured If I understood this I would be able to figure out what kinds of symptoms to expect and narrow down my options. I took my time and really thought about the outcomes of each scenario. I used my ABC's, Mazlows and there were a few that I just compared the answers and looked for commonalities or differences. It was the hardest most nerve-racking test I have ever taken!

Good Luck!

I took 75 questions and passed after being sure I had failed.

I took the PN Nclex and got 86 questions and passed.:balloons: I used Kaplans 2008 and I used Saunders flash cards. Kaplan really didn't have a lot of questions to practice with but, the information on how to break down the questions really helped. Any other pointers just send me a message. Good luck to everyone taking the Nclex.

I just graduated in June 07 and took my NCLEX on July 2nd. I thought for sure I failed that test. I received the entire 205 questions for the PN exam and I drove out of state to take it. SO I haven't felt good until I got online today and check the OBN website to see that I had a LPN license number that was REAL!!!! Yeah!!! Our school used the ATI books, if any of you are familiar with those. If not you can go to www.atitesting.com and it will fill you in on everything. But, they integrated these books in with our regular studies throughout the year, and I thought that was a great help. I also used the Mosby's PN-NCLEX and I don't feel I got much from that. This was all that I used. I think you have to be on top of your critical thinking skills when taking the NCLEX though, in order to organize your questions and what they are asking you. Goodluck to all those still testing!

Hi guys!

I'm going to take my NCLEX PN #2 in 7/23/07. Its been 5 months since i got my failed results last time. I got discouraged for 2 months until i got up and study again... I've been practicing Saunders and NCLEX PN 3000 CDs... So much that i've got familiar with them... I do read rationales in Saunders. I score in the low 70% with both Saunders and NCLEX PN 3000.

But when i take NCSBN review test i'm in my 50%... I'm so scared...

I noticed that i have problem with focusing on the stem of the question and how to eliminate them down to 2 answers...

Can someone please help me???

I've been so lost and need to pass this time cuz i'm running out of saved money for rent.

Try Kaplan. I failed my PN exam the first time and I read through that book and passed.

when you I think about priority questions I think about mainly questions asking "Who do you see first?" .... what else are priority type questions? So maybe I can recognize them as I take my nclex next week. thanksss!!
