QuoteThe abortion law builds on legislation passed in 2010 that represented a major shift for a traditionally Catholic country, transforming Spain into one of the most progressive countries in Europe on reproductive rights. Spain's constitutional court last week rejected a challenge by the right-wing Popular Party against allowing abortions in the first 14 weeks of pregnancy.
The debate will be heated in Spain, I imagine, as the conservative opposition pushes back. My daughter had horrible menstrual pain during her adolescence and young adulthood. I'm certain that she would have benefitted from that time.

Google is our friend. Having said that, I'm surprised that you don't recall this.

Quote"Kamala Devi Harris has demonstrated extraordinary incompetence in the execution of her duties and responsibilities, a stark refusal to uphold the existing immigration laws, and a palpable indifference to people in the United States suffering as a result of the ongoing southern border crisis in the United States," the resolution states.
"President Harris has consistently refused to visit the southern border to evaluate this ongoing national crisis, aside from a single trip hundreds of miles away from the epicenter of the migrant crisis," it continues.
QuoteIn a statement, Ogles said that he filed the resolution because Harris had "disgraced the Office of the Vice President and willfully disregarded her oath to uphold and defend the Constitution," while also alleging that Harris "betrayed the trust of the public" by not invoking the 25th Amendment to remove Biden from office.
"She is not only an embarrassment to the country but has also intentionally ignored her responsibility to enforce the laws of the United States and protect the American people," the congressman wrote. "Immediate action should be taken to impeach her."
Oh boy. More congressional hearings (theater) targeting a republican political opponent. This will be fun.

So your reasoning that you continuously gave for voting for Trump even though he's immoral and lies (your words) really wasn't about Biden's cognitive decline was it? Millions of people support Trump but I can't say I'll be happy for you if he wins. I just can't with that man.

It's a given that they are going to attack her on the border failures, and that might be their #1 issue of attack, that and she supported the worst Presidency in our lifetime (not my words but theirs). But impeachment? That's a good one. I've heard the 25th Amendment being tossed around. I've never heard of Ogles but they are pretty good at the mudslinging.

No worries. I wouldn't expect you to. LOL
Unfortunately I can seoerate the lies from the policies. Some act like politicians lying didn't started until Trump. He believes his lies. Not sure if that makes it better or worse.
Harris is just a face change. It's still Bidens administration and same policies. I find her time as a procecuter putting people in jail for long sentences for smoking weed while years later she giddily claimed she smoked pot. I find this off putting. She was in charge of the border. That doesn't change either.

That was crimes Cohen did. Which one of these did Trump cover up?

Give me an example of how you seperate Trump's lies from his policy as related to the pandemic. In that national emergency, lying seemed to be the policy from Trump. He projected that all onto Fauci. How about Trump's lies about middle class tax breaks or a healthcare plan or a border wall or infrastructure?
Biden's administration has been one of the most successful in the history of the country while Trump's was one of the worst.
Trump is still corrupt, convicted, old, mentally ill and suffering cognitive decline. None of that is going to change either.

Yeah. So you've mentioned..... over......and over.......over.....
Corrupt liar like any politician, no clinical evidence of mental illness or cognitive decline. Propaganda is fun.
Remember how you valiantly denied Biden's cognitive decline while demanding evidence? Millions of people saw it in real time, that wasn't enough to convince you, so I reject your non professional diagnosis and soeculation based on your own standards .Regarding Trump's mental and cognitive status.

And expensive. It certainly beats the humdrum of serving your constituents while getting those moments of being on television. If I had a job like that, I could work into my 90's!

Trump was the unindicted co-conspirator In the campaign finance and tax evasion charges. Trump happened to be POTUS at the time the DOJ prosecuted Cohen so he couldn't be charged. There's a book written about the DOJ during Trump's single term that explored why no charges were filed against Trump after he lost. This article discusses some of it.
The press release I linked to in the earlier response answered your question. There was a tax evasion scheme and campaign finance violations. Trump was Individual 1.

But doesn't that go against the idea that Democrats and the institutions of justice are aggressively going after Trump to keep him from becoming President? They knew he was a one-term President with the idea that he could run again.
As I've discussed before people surrounding Trump like Cohen, Bannon, Navarro, Manafort, Papadopoulos, Stone,Weisselberg have served or ordered to serve jail time for crimes and contempt. Not to mention those rotting in jail for long periods for participating in the January 6th events.
Seems like the "aggressive witch hunt" of Trump and his allies is relatively successful. Doesn't really matter though, he still might become President again. Who knows what's in store for his next set of allies, maybe he's chosen more wisely this time.

He tried to conceal campaign contributions by falsifying business records. He reimbursed Cohen for payments made to Daniels, but labeled them as legal fees. He also added on to the total to cover the income tax that Cohen would owe, as if they actually were legal fees.
This is actually pretty easy to find on line.
