QuoteThe abortion law builds on legislation passed in 2010 that represented a major shift for a traditionally Catholic country, transforming Spain into one of the most progressive countries in Europe on reproductive rights. Spain's constitutional court last week rejected a challenge by the right-wing Popular Party against allowing abortions in the first 14 weeks of pregnancy.
The debate will be heated in Spain, I imagine, as the conservative opposition pushes back. My daughter had horrible menstrual pain during her adolescence and young adulthood. I'm certain that she would have benefitted from that time.

Moving onto other topic.
No proof or evidence of Donald Trump leading a insurrection by being part of a coordinated attack on the Capitol. Members have only shared their feelings or beliefs about that speculation being true.

No, that's not true. There are literally 4 criminal charges against Trump that are based upon the evidence of his involvement in the attempt to overthrow the election. You might have forgotten what happened but lots of other people have not forgotten and have actually uncovered more evidence of the conspiracy. Your moderate views are apparently getting in the way of you considering that evidence.
Crusades said:I'm in a cult hey? Either Trump is a genius cult leader able to get millions of followers or he's a incompetent stupid man. Can't be both but both discredit your cult claim.
Yes, you are in a cult of personality.
Nah. Trump isn't a genius, he's a well practiced liar and conman, you simply fell for the con. Actually Trump can be a successful cult leader while also being incompetent and stupid as we are seeing today.

How many are those charges "insurrection "?
You have called him guilty if insurrection many times and apparently to you it's clear cut so why has he not been charged with insurrection ?
Perhaps it's your media and feelings direction your thoughts?
"Police said Martinez Hernandez has been living in the U.S. illegally, since February 2023.
Investigators said in January 2023, Hernandez killed a young woman in El Salvador before crossing into the U.S. in February. One month later, police said Hernandez brutally attacked a 9-year-old girl and her mother during a home invasion in Los Angeles, California. LAPD is handling that particular investigation.

"We are 1,800 miles from the Southern border here in Harford County. This is the second woman in our county to be killed by illegal suspects. In both cases, they are suspects from El Salvador with ties to criminal gangs," said Gahler. "(This) should not be happening. Victor Hernandez did not come here to make a better life for himself, or for his family, he came here to escape a crime he committed in El Salvador."

Agreed. Trump is a useful fool for the likes of Putin, Stephen Miller, that whole ALEC/Bohemian Grove crowd. His political ascendancy is a testament to western culture's worship of money. A true golden calf. I suspect that the current clown show is proving to be a very useful smokescreen.
I think it's time to look over there.
Crusades said:It was obviously not planned. You think a bunch of red neck racist nazi Trump supporters would stagecan insurrection with put using their fire arms?
Yeah. The most terrible peacfully and patriotic insurrection iv3 ever seen.
More people were peacful than were not.
People can believe whatever they wish and say whatever they wish. Your repetitive rants suggest you think people should be charged with a crime for believing and saying what they want. Or that they are in a "cult" if they don't support a demented potato, your guy.
What was that about termination the constitution? Your remarks suggest that what you want when it comes to certain people's 1 st ammendment....
Obviously?
Just because you ignore the evidence doesn't mean that it's not there. You were too busy questioning the necessity for an investigation and the integrity of the Select Committee members to pay any attention to the actual evidence that they presented. Since that time you've apparently ignored the additional investigation reporting and repeat the right wing narrative instead.
You are welcome to your opinion of my remarks. You can even mischaracterize my comments, as you have done here, while you fall back to one of the comfortable right wing fantasies about freedom of speech. You can even call the president of the United States a potato while you support a felon who seems to be mentally ill.
Did you notice that your right to make foolish statements are not in any way limited? You are perfectly free to pretend like your guy didn't literally suggest that parts of the constitution be terminated if they might limit his power. The consequences of that are that others might perceive that as cult behavior
We've been through this before. There is no direct evidence that Trump lead an armed insurrection. That being said I hold him directly responsible for the events leading up to the violence of that day and only for his in the days leading up to it and that day, but before. It all started months before when he set up his followers and convinced them that mail in voting is fraud, then saying the if he lost, it would be the most fraudulent election of all time, and finally culminating in not conceding the election and convincing millions of people he was the one and true President. Obviously it was a faction that called for the bringing up of arms, and a small fraction that spontaneously decided to overrun the capital. But it's quite obvious that the root cause analysis leads to Trump being responsible. Can it be said that any of his big lies are criminal? Probably not, but deplorable for sure.
To think there is a good chance he'll be President.
But we've done that and we're rehashing things we've already said. I'll leave it at that.
We were talking about inflation and insurance. It doesn't seem to be just a Florida problem. Insurance rates have gone up at rates above and beyond what is the inflation rate
QuoteThe average cost of car insurance has jumped more than 20% in the last year, according to government inflation data. Home insurance premiums are also climbing at double-digit rates, although that may not be as obvious because the cost of home insurance is often lumped into monthly mortgage payments.

Parts of the constitution like the 2nd amendment? Don't dems want to disarm citizens? Sounds Nazi to me. No wonder the squad love gun restrictions.

I would agree Trump was careless with his words. However I think he was just as surprised with the few thousand that got out of hand.
I'm confused with the statement that "he convinced some people he was the only true president". I've heard allot of "the election was rigged" but not blatant believe thatTrump was the actual president even after Joe was sworn in. Perhaps I'm not exposed to my cult enough? Must have missed the MAGA cult sermon that day.
Don't tell my Devine leader.
I've made it clear I will vote Trump. If he wins hopefully this will provide a much needed reflection in our political parties. The "MAGA" (can't believe I'm using this ridiculous made up name) will be content in their guy and the Democrat party can relect on their extreem grievance and "woke" radical agenda and we can all go back to somewhat normal.
I know someone will suggest Trump will become a dictator and "completely overthrow the constitution toal Hitler man.....bla bla bla". That's just ridiculous actual cult like beliefs.

Your inability to answer the questions reveals the devotion to Trump rather than to evidence and facts. How very moderate of you.
