I have to wear white pants for clinical and although I haven't purchased them yet, I suspect that since they are white you will probably be able to see through them.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to hide the appearance of your underwear underneath?
I once heard that if you wear nude or tan colored bras/underwear under white it blends in with your skin and is hardly noticeable.
I have also thought about wearing support hose too thinking that if they are white or nude it may make them less noticeable and may help with circulation too.
Let me know if you have any tips.

What an entertaining thread! But I'll add my two cents:
White shows under white. No matter what. Get some undergarments that match your skin...off white, nude, blush, mocha, cocoa, black. The secret to avoiding VPL? A (seamless) panty with the elastic that hits in the 'groove' where your butt meets your leg; or a 'v' string.
I wish someone would tell my school that 'white widens--black slims.' LOL.
Patients don't (or most probably won't care). Butt, Nude or tan does work and try a boycut boxerish style. There was a gal in nursing school who wore polka-dotted or flowered or striped undies with her white pants. You could even see the floral details, etc. It was funny but really not a big deal, at least I don't think.

The first time that I tried on my white top and white pants I felt like a marshmellow or the Pillsbury Doughgirl. I'm sure this white uniform isn't going to look as nice coming out of clinicals as it did at the beginning of the shift.
