Agree about KY, especially the smaller hospitals or out in the Eastern areas. In the mountains, they're offering some pretty solid sign on bonuses because it's really underserved. If I could have afforded to drive out there or move, I would have. My hospital system in Lexington just took on 29 new grads, 28 of which are ADN.
This is true only for some parts of Texas. I am in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and it is glutted with new grads from around the country, as well as local grads. Many local hospital systems are only hiring new grads with BSN degrees because HR departments are inundated with applications.Texas
