WA state help

Hey all,

I am moving home to the Seattle area in September. I'm an ER RN, 3 years experience in a level 2 ED, we are a nationally certified stroke center and have cath lab. I have never worked as a nurse in WA though, only OKC.

I don't know anything about the the Unions or how to join or when.

I am also looking for info on the Hospitals! My dream is trauma 1 at Harborview. I'll probably be living in the Bella Bottega area and want to stay ER. I was told Overlake sees a lot of peds, but other than that I don't know anything from the nursing side of any of the hospitals around.

Any and all help is appreciated!

I'm not in WA, but you may want to ask a moderator to move this post under "United States Nursing ---> Washington" for a better response.

Good luck!
