Searchin for the longest experienced nurse out there. Was just wondering as I was thinking about all the tremendous changes nursing has brought about through out the years. Nursing doesn't seem the same as it was 16 yrs ago ( For myself ), or even 10 or even 5 years ago!

WOW... interesting posts.. I too remember the 2 day test all day long, and going out of there after day one.... knowing we had to do it all over again in the morning!! I was quite stressed, as I recall being allowed to take my bottle of pepto bismol with me... needless to say, I drank the whole bottle over the course of the 2 days! Then, Yes oh how I remember waiting like 6 weeks to get results. Do you remeber the talk about, "If you get a thick envelope you failed, it had papers in it to reapply?" and a skinny envelope.. you passed? well tehre was alot of various opinion in regards to results. But How happy I was to have passed. Not a test I would have wanted to do again, then or even now...16 yrs later!
