The only person that could answer that question would be themselves. For me it was a never a question of should I become a nurse, but a statement of I will be a nurse!!!

And as Merlee stated above: if you have to ask this question, then the answer would be NO!!!

You should definitely become a nurse!!!! School is a breeze and if you have any trouble it's because nurses are cranky old biddies who envy the younger, prettier student nurses and just want to stop them from stealing their jobs!

Because of the nursing shortage you will be able to make $100K a year minimum without OT in a job of your choice straight out of school. You'll never have to work nights, weekends, or holidays because of the nursing shortage. You can start in L&D, NICU, or ICU immediately. Then from ICU you can go directly to school for CRNA. All because there aren't enough nurses.

Definitely become a nurse!!! It's the best! Anyone who says anything contradictory is just burned out and bitter and should quit their jobs immediately because they don't DESERVE to be a nurse and serve the public!!!! After all we are here to change the world!!!! What did they do before you went to school?! You can show everyone how to do it right!

haha its ok, it was great to read :) sometimes i think people just read the question, and not what i said and just reply! yup...it was a joke!! I'm already a nurse, so therefore i'm stuck!! eeek.
