Clarence Thomas, and his public comments, very concerning. Like all Americans, he has a right to his personal opinions. He does not have the right to impose those opinions on the rest of us through his profession as a US Supreme Court Judge. I would say this of any Judge, regardless of political affiliation, that made public comments that very much affect the legal fabric of the US.
I'm very disappointed about the Roe vs Wade decision. I may be a moderate conservative, but I believe that every woman has the right to self determine her body and reproductive health. I feel that any woman who has had to go through the emotional and intellectual decision making process to arrive at abortion deserves a safe, and cost effective, procedure. This decision would be so difficult to arrive at, I can't even imagine the mental state, regardless of how the pregnancy came to be. I'm going to stop at this, as I'm going off on a wild tangent...

I guess even if some people end up going to jail over Trump's shenanigans the conservatives have won their long-sought prize and they will consider it worth the cost.
