I guess even if some people end up going to jail over Trump's shenanigans the conservatives have won their long-sought prize and they will consider it worth the cost.

That is frightening. If other judges side with Clarence Thomas, it is only a matter of time before people like cannot get married ?.

I hope not. People should be able to marry who they love, not who society says they should. As far as the Bible, I'm canning that argument before it starts: if God has a problem with a person's sexuality, he'll deal with it at their judgment. I'm not God (or whatever higher power a person ascribes to), so I won't judge!
Clarence Thomas needs to watch where he starts 'trailblazing', as historically, not long ago, he couldn't have married his wife. I doubt that's the slippery slope that he wants to die on

But if they did return that right and freedom to the states I'm quite certain that Justice Thomas feels immune and insulated from that...

These are just the first 3 hits from my search engine. Do you even try to look for info, or is this some sort of game for you?

There are many who believe that birth control pills can be "abortive" because while their primary action is to prevent ovulation, they can also prevent implantation if fertilization does occur. The hardcore "life begins at conception" people will go after hormonal birth control next.

I agree that he may feel that way, but it doesn't guarantee that it actually will be that way. Every day, I wake up and wonder 'what's it going to be next?' Strange times that we live in

Your claim was that "some states are already taking aim at birth control".
Your sources above include two opinion pieces, at least one of them is a very progressive outlet, that are surmising that one specific method of birth control, IUD's, will now be illegal.
Your other source, a Pakistani news site with a troubled history, claims one Idaho legislator "plans to ban plan B and IUD's". However, when you read the article, this is what you find:
"Crane, who flaunted that he’s passed or chipped away at 17 enemies of early termination bills in the state governing body, told Idaho Reports that he “likely would” hear regulation prohibiting a next day contraceptive, and potentially IUDs also. “I’m unsure where I would be on that issue,” he said of the last strategy"
Based on your claim, I was expecting to find something that indicate that there is any kind of significant support or movement somewhere to ban contraceptives. I was unable to find anything, so I asked you.
I guess you don't really have anything either. Are you uninformed, or just easily influenced by liberal fear-mongering?
As soon as women start getting prosecuted for using IUD's, you let me know, and I'll stand corrected.

Most of us aren't pretending that the right wing extremists don't already conflate IUDs with abortion.

Okay, as soon as I see an article in the NYPost or Daily Caller about laws prohibiting contraception, I’ll let you know.
