Frontliner, 11 year veteran RN, in the Emergency Department. For the last year and a half, I have been exposed to so much Covid I feel I'm so blessed. I have had it splash in my face, eyes and mouth. I have taken antibody test and just can't seem to test pos for any antibodies ... which rules me out for an asymptomatic "Super Spreader!" If my employer mandates the Covid Vaccine I will be looking for RN jobs that do not require the vaccine. I'm employed in North Carolina but willing to travel for Jobs that do not require the Vaccine. It's my body and my choice. This thread is for links and discussion of RN jobs that do not require the Covid vaccine. Stay safe all! You could die tomorrow from a drunk driver. So don't fear death, I do not, and you should not either. Fear what happens after death.

Yeah, who wouldn’t feel blessed in that situation. Snot showers are so much fun that I totally understand why you created a new account here on AN just to share this delightful experience with us.

It’s a good thing that you’re willing to travel ?? Vaccine uptake in many Eastern European countries has been abysmal. They distrust government and have been targeted by large amounts of vaccine disinformation so some countries only have about 30% of their eligible populations vaccinated. They are hit hard now by Covid, thousands dying and healthcare systems crumbling under the pressure. They need help and can probably overlook the fact that you are an anti-vaxxer.

?? You might be a new account… But I think you’re already familiar with what’s currently being discussed and that you’ve gotten inspiration from other current threads before you wrote this. The afterlife is so out of place in a post that purports to be about job hunting. But we do have a thread that has recently caused some drama discussing heaven/hell type things.

Hm… Eastern Europe just called and said that they only want nurses who actually graduated nursing school. So sorry. But good luck with the job hunting!

Just don’t bother with New Mexico … all healthcare workers, regardless of setting, are mandated to vaccinate here. Between federal mandates ( OSHA, CMS and holders of federal contracts ) state and local public health mandates and private business mandates due to liability concerns and health insurance costs, I suspect you’re SOL.

ETA: I also happen to agree with the above posters that you are an obvious troll looking to stir up some shyte. Thread reported.

You've had Covid in your mouth and eyes? Wow! How small are you or how good is your eyesight that you can see actual Covid that splashes in your face, mouth and eyes?

Two things Spring to mind;

1) I thought Americans talked of the Emergency Room, it is us Europeans who call it the Emergency Department.

2) Here we go again (sigh), more anti-vaxx from a new account.

Try Africa, they might accept you in one of the countries there.

Only 2·5% of Africans are vaccinated against COVID-19.

You're in the new Batman movie, aren't you?

Mad as a hatter!

Tell you what, buddy! I fear you and how many people you might kill from infecting them!

Were you the one they were thinking of in California when they made the law about slipping off the rubber during rumpy pumpy?

I think GrumpyRN picked up on the Emergency Dept too. Hence the leg over reference!

And the Africans aren't unvaccinated by choice, but by circumstances.

I'm no troll LOL. Graduated from UNC Chapel Hill actually. I about got kicked out for being too Conservative though LOL. I'm just a realist though. Vaccines that go to 50% efficacy after just a few months don't sound to good to me, but if you feel you want to take the vaccine, to each his own.

You fellow RN's are pretty hateful with some of your comments? I was wondering if my post would bring out some "LEFTIST MENTALITIES." I didn't expect any less. If it makes your LIBERAL head spin, just pass on by this post and go hangout with your kind ;)

OMG ? Did you just capitalize the words leftist and liberal? ? You really wanted those words to pop ? You are trying sooo hard to start an argument, aren’t you? Naw, not interested.

I’m not hateful, just mocking your rather transparent attempts ?

Specializes in NICU, PICU, Transport, L&D, Hospice.

Hopefully any job you secure as an unvaccinated nurse will keep you far from vulnerable patients or coworkers.  Insurance work is often done remotely and independently. Tele healthcare might be an option.

Well, we already know he’s been blessed with having some sort of bodily fluids or tissue squirted on him on numerous occasions. Perhaps he is also blessed with microscopic eyesight?

Since the recent addition seems a bit confused regarding vaccine efficacy I’ll include a link that shows that the various Covid vaccines are actually pretty darn good.
