The Rittenhouse trial has begun in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The prosecution is presenting first, but apparently the defense argument will be self-defense. So a 17 year old travels out of state with his rifle to a demonstration because he fears for his life?

That one would be trickier, the one in the photo with the McCloskey's has a vibration dampener (the cage like thing near the handle).  That would seem to be the giveaway to me that's a microphone, but I'll concede that it may not jump out to everyone as a microphone.

No. Nazis are a disgusting breed and there is nothing worse than them ever and nothing yet has come close. Calling everyone and everything nazi cheapens the label and is a insult to the 9 million people who died at their hands.

I believe in freedom of speech but today is the first time I've been tempted to report something. 

I think this has been a complicated discussion to have because I'm not clear what definition you're using for Nazi or fascism is a broader concept. 

How would you describe fascism?

I have owned a variety of microphones and rifles over the years.  I can appreciate that not everyone might be familiar with that shape.  This is a gun culture, it's normal to first think gun when presented with that profile or shape.  That's probably safest too.

 It seems half of the six of us knew and the other half did not.  You should let it go because the poster said the giveaway was "to me" and "I'll concede that it may not jump out to everyone as a microphone.". What more do you want him to say? 

While obvious to others, it doesn't seem common knowledge there are these kinds of microphones.

I learned something.

It wasn't a giveaway to me and I wanted to show to the poster that said they didn't point their gun at anyone,  the dangerous position she put herself in and wound up showing that she was pointing her gun at  what might have been (who knows if hey were concealed carry) unarmed persons.

Nazi= A person who supported and inacted the idea of a superior race. That's partook in medical experiments , mass genocide and followed the orders of their fascist leader. Hitler. Who were concerned and dismantled by men and women who sacrificed their lives in WW2. Ideas in which let to concentration camps and the mass murder of 9 million people. 

White supremacist: a person who is white subscribes to the idea that the white race is superior and than other races are inferior. Demonstrates hate towards another race. (Switch black for white and its opposite). Black supremacist.

I do not need so "seem equitable", because I am equal in my descriptions. 

I do not give special privileges or exeptiption based on skin color. Do you? LOL

The left radical media does not seem to apply qualifying factors of one supremacy to the another.

Black people do exactly the same x y z they are not black supremacist and usually only "most  peaceful but feiry protesters" or "social justice warriors ".

The FBI and DHS determine what is considered terrorism in the USA. Do you remember listening to or watching Director Wray's Congressional testimony in the Spring? Maybe not.
