  1. Question about Cleveland Clinic Neuro floor

    hello all, i am a new rn grad. i have the opportunity to work on h60 the neuro floor. does anyone know if this is technically considered med/surg? any input would be great!! i am deciding whether i am going to take the "offer" or not! thanks!

    They are being cheap by hiring you in as an "LPN" but you are an RN. It's not a smart move on your part... That's NOT a good company. They may want you to do RN things but only pay you as an LPN. No way!!!

    IMO: If you need to get a little nasty then u need to get a little nasty. We are here to take care of the patients not to coddle those that we work with! :)
  5. IMO... LTC is not good enough experience for the hospital. I did LTC for 7 years and I have been in the hospital for 2 years. HUGE DIFFERENCE!
