Wow. No one has started such a thread yet?
After promising that most K-8 students would be in schools in the first 100 days, apparently Joe is afraid to lead on this and has drastically scaled back that goal.
Instead, we're shooting for about half to go to school at least one day a week, by the end of April.
Tweety said:I never said you were. But like you can tell from my posts that I'm left of center your posts tell a lot about you.
I concluded that about you when you decided I was "right wing".
So you decided I was right wing without me saying it? Maybe I am. However it would need to be clarified what "right wing" means. I'm not sure. A "magaphile", "MAGA", "Nazi "and or "cult victim" have all been described as "right wing" in this forum by some members. Not necessarily you.

Again, I don't remember calling you right wing.
Like we have discussed, you have made a noticeable right turn from "Im undecided but concerned about Biden's cognitiveability" to what you post now. Your perogative.
Seems to back up what I said then other day about the "meaningless " poll.
I hope they keep it up.
"A focus group of voters showed Independents were disapproving of the Democratic Party's antics of opposition to President Donald Trump. "

Sez Fox. I agree that the Dems display far too much hysteria which has worked against them. However, it doesn't mean that everything they point out isn't untrue. It doesn't assure me that a self-confessed bi-polar has unlimited access to the IRS database. He has access to my medical records. My taxes or my medical bills are none of his business and he has no professional obligation to honor any of the IRS's code of ethics re: privacy or HIPPA. He behaves as if he's off his meds - delusions of grandeur is a major symptom of a manic phase. He mouthed off about condoms (he's certainly never met one - 13 kids) while he's talking about the wrong country entirely.

He's a government advisor.
I share your concern to a degree. But consider how many nameless , unelected government and other workers do you suppose have had access to your information over the years?
Most Americans are on board with their tax money not being wasted. Instead of creating and spreading hysteria, the Democrats would be smart to join Musk and Trump with what they're doing.

Buckle up butter cup. The ones in power are going to continue to see antics from his opposition whether independents or anyone approves or not.
It's how it works. Biden endured "Let's Go Brandon" ,"*** Joe Biden", "*** your feelings".
Just saying.
Is Fox News publicizing this in the hopes that Democrats will behave better and be better at winning elections, or act nice and support Trump? What is their agenda with this focus group.
I won't deny that Democrats are very unpopular right now. That's obvious and don't blame anyone for continually pointing that out and that Trump won the election and the popular vote.

"Let's go Brandon" is hardly the same as "Nazi, fascist dictator/existential threat" possibly leading to 3 assignation attempts.

I was responding to the *** Trump reference that Fox was pointing out. I'm thinking since the article was posted this week they are talking about how Democrats are acting now against Trump and Musk, and not in the past that you seem to be stuck in. The point was that during a presidency the President has to endure some opposition that can be ugly.
But yeah, if it makes you feel better, yet again, for the I don't know how many times now, I'll agree with you that those names are worse that *** Joe Biden. Does that make you feel better that your side said *** Joe Biden? I wasn't comparing the two but thanks for bringing it up...again.
People are still talking about it. Musk has voiced support for a right wing group in Germany that uses Nazi-ish language. Vance has criticized Europe for its censorship stifling a far right group he met with that has been fined for using Nazi slogans.
Again, while I'll fall short of calling this administration those names, I can understand where they come from.

I am more comfortable with subject matter experts, who have undergone background screening, than 19 and 20 year olds seeing my info.
I know my info is out there for all to see.
I'm sure the guy in India on the phone knows more about me than I think, but I have to trust the process. and the "the need to know" idea.
I want to know why to cut expenses and downsize the government do you need this information about people?
Nurses get fired for privacy violations. A 19 year old that was fired for the same has no business in such a high level position. Something is not right about that.

I didn't say I was "right wing" either did I ? Aside from the crimes, people can say , believe and do what they want. Everything opposite isn't "blasphemous ".
