And some how this is OK with Democrats?  Absolutely not.  These people entered the country illegally and should have been returned to their country of origin to be imprisoned or imprisoned here.  I don't care, as long as they are locked up somewhere.  Illegals are an entirely different matter than people who stand in line.  They only way we can change this is to 1.  better patrol the border (Trump wanted a wall rather than okaying the Border Patrol's  request for drones instead of a wall, and 2.  Abolish entrance with a request for amnesty except for the most obvious danger to life.  But, nevertheless, Trump didn't REALLY want this when push came to shove as shown by his refusal to OK any kind of reform under this administration.  Very, very cynical.

I'm not familiar with the drone thing. Was it explained why drones were not implemented?  

So who will monitor or man these drones? Do drones create a physical barrier? The most basic way tho secure anything is with a barrier. It's basic logic.

If democrats really wanted border security they would have acted on day 1. They did not. 

If democrats wanted border security they would not have denied there was  crisis there for 3.5 yrs. 

If democrats wanted border security then Biden wouldn't have had ended the Trump administration border policy on day 1. Or conveniently wait for election time "to do something about the border" via executive order while praising himself for "fixing" something he created. 

If democrats really wanted border security they would not have proposed a bill that also included high funding for Ukraine.  Thus knowing that Republicans would not agree. What they wanted was a way to defame Republicans for "not really wanting border security" and possibly to assert the Republicans are in a "cult" of Trump.

Why didn't Trump build that wall that he promised?  Bannon raised money for it and Trump took money from military budgets for the wall, why didn't he build it?

Exactly.  Trump built very little wall in his 4 years even though Bannon raised money and Trump diverted funds to build a wall.  Why didn't Trump build that wall?

I'm pretty sure Bannon and his buddy stole  a lot of the money he raised. Also, neither the defense nor the  construction industries are known for their financial integrity. Trump didn't invent business fraud - just imitated his betters like all the other gangsters.
