Wow.  No one has started such a thread yet?

After promising that most K-8 students would be in schools in the first 100 days,  apparently Joe is afraid to lead on this and has drastically scaled back that goal.

Instead, we're shooting for about half to go to school at least one day a week,  by the end of April.

No, I am saying millions will be rounded up and put in detainment camps, awaiting deportment. That will remove a great deal of the workforce that produces food like fruit, veg, meat, and milk. Subject matter experts that ensure the government runs smoothly will lose their jobs and be replaced by Trump loyalists. Civil rights protections will be a distant memory. Business and industry will essentially be unregulated, and they will get beau coup tax handouts. Watch and see what that does to inflation.

People aren't disconnected.  They are experiencing that everything costs a lot more than when he took office.

I get that and understand why that would cause a pessimistic feeling about the economy in general.  I've stated many times my personal situation is no better off in the area of disposal income.  I am starting to feel better about my investment funds which last year had double digit growth and so far this year is at about 4.5% growth and 7% in my work 403B.  

But I've read in more than one place that people's perception about how bad the economy is doesn't match the reality of an economy that's better than they think.

The reason that leaving Afghanistan was such a mess was that Trump, in his desire to be a commander in chief, gave the Taliban the withdrawal date.  They had time to steal our tanks and weapons to arm themselves for the attacks at the airport.  Trump would barter the nuclear code if the reward were big enough.  That guy should never have access to any military secrets.  So yes, Trump made the Afghanistan war worst by giving the enemy aid and weapons they never should have had.

How would giving a withdrawal date enable them to steal our tanks and weapons?

And, where did you get the idea that they did?

Btw, we didn't withdraw by Trump's date, and Biden gave them new dates to go by.

Suspects in kidnapping and strangulation of a 12 year old girl entered the country earlier this year and were caught.  Unfortunately,  they were released into our country the same day.

"Two men who are charged with capital murder in the death of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray, are being held on immigration detainers at the Harris County Jail,  U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said in a statement Friday.

According to ICE, Franklin Jose Peña Ramos, 26, and Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 22, "illegally entered the U.S. without inspection, parole or admission by a U.S. immigration officer on an unknown date and at an unknown location." On March 14, Martinez was taken into U.S. Border Patrol custody near El Paso. That same day he was released on an order of recognizance with a notice to appear, the statement said."

Well this just sums it up doesn't it? Trump let them steal the artillery and Biden gave it to them. He's such a nice guy.
