Why is that date relevant? Propaganda is a subject that predates the Trump presidency by decades. Most of the literature about the subject predates Trump.

In 2016 he repeatedly used the term "rigged" for any number of losses he suffered during the primary process.  He threatened that Republicans would riot in the streets of Cleveland at the GOP convention if he didn't become the nominee.  Different events, same selfish motives.
