Saunders Nclex Pn comprehensive review. I did 100 plus questions a day and reviewed the book. As a matter of fact, I start the RN program in 2 weeks and I have had my Saunders RN book since Christmas. I study from this book all through nursing school. Good luck!

I used Davis' NCLEX study guide, and NCLEX-RN made incredibly easy.
To the top...Thanks for the replies, any others?

I used MEDS review book, along with the MEDS Star Nurse Exam-a-day deal...those are on-line tests. My school provided them. We also had to do a certain number of MEDS tests each rotation during school.
The questions on the NCLEX were very similar in style and difficulty to my on-line MEDS tests. I was very satisfied (after three years of grumbling over those darn tests ).
