Here are the exact steps to see if you passed the NCLEX exam on the Pearson Vue web site.
Updated:
Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc.
This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'Records indicates you have recently registered for this test please contact BON. An appointment cannot be scheduled at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick.

The original thread (part 1 and 2) are now closed.
I took NCLEX-RN today. I tried to re-register and it says "our records indicate you have recently registered for this exam. Please contact a board member" or something like that. I had 75 questions and did not feel good at all about it. I trust the PVT just unsure of what the good popup actually says.
Merged with existing thread for continuity. Read the first post as well as many of the others which give the good pop up
Very long time lurker, all 2.5 years of nursing school actually, I've always just searched the forums for help, and never registered. I took the Boards today and I'm freaking out enough that I need everyone's advice.
I took the exam today, I got all 265 questions, needles to say, I'm in a depressed state of mood/shock, I'm freaking out. Longest drive home ever, location for exam is only 20 minutes away, but it felt like an hour
I tried the PearVue Trick on this thread, where would I see the "Delivery Successful" stated on the site? I didn't notice that.
But I did get the the Pop Up, it stated "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Boards for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time"
That is the good pop up correct? Can someone please tell me where the "Delivery Successful" notice is suppose to be located?
My main concern is me having to answer all 265 questions and not noticing the "Delivery Successful" notice.

When u log into your account it says it in the little box that has the details of when your exam was scheduled
Took the NCLEX on July, 10th. I had 75 questions before the machine shut off. Going into the exam I was sure if I got 75 questions I would pass as I could not imagine messing up so badly that I would not be allowed more questions. After the exam I was sure I failed with those 75 questions. 30 minutes later I was at home on my computer doing the pearson vue trick. I got the good pop-up! 48 hours later I paid for the quick results and I did, indeed, pass! The same for all my classmates. This seems to be an accurate indicator of your passing status. Good luck to all who still have to take that exam.

Took the NCLEX today and got that pop up as well. It's the good pop up! Failing would mean no pop up and it lets you got to the CC payment page.
Congratulations!
