Here are the exact steps to see if you passed the NCLEX exam on the Pearson Vue web site.
Updated:
Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc.
This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'Records indicates you have recently registered for this test please contact BON. An appointment cannot be scheduled at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick.

I'm sure they have. Information about the PVT has been around for many years. But I doubt they care. First, it prevents people from re-registering needlessly. Second, people still buy quick results because no one believes the trick until they see they have really passed.Wow, the PVT is pretty awesome. I'm surprised Pearson hasn't caught on to it yet. :)
Hi, I am taking test rn this Tuesday, but I'm a foreign student, but still the test I am taking in New York, does anybody know if the PVT will work for me same as for the graduated in US, or I have to call the BON to check for unofficial results.
good luck to all of you waiting to take the test.
Pearson Vue Trick is accurate; you've passed. I did the PVT a few hours after I tested, got the same pop up. Held out on paying for quick results because I'm stingy and PV has made enough from the testing fee. Lol...few business days later my license number was posted on my states BON.
CONGRATS!! :)
