Pearson Vue Trick

Nursing Students NCLEX

I'm sure this is one of the many posts about Pearson Vue Trick.....

I took my NCLEX yesterday. I have read several articles that swear by the trick. I have also read some that say they passed even though they didn't get the "good pop up". So here is my question.... has anyone got the "good pop up" but really failed?

Well I passed!!

Woohoo! Congrats!!!!

Ok let me please put this to a rest for you. I took my NCLEX Thursday April 2 2015 at 11am. That night my RN friend coned me into doing the trick to see if I passed or not because he could not take it any more. The website took me all the way to entering my credit card information. According to the trick this means I failed. Today I paid the 7.95 for my results and it said I passed. Do not believe the hype about the trick. All it did was depress me after an exhausting hard 78 questions that drove me nuts with reasoning my answers all night. So now I am Mikey RN and I am living proof the Pearson trick does not work. BOOM!

Actually the "new" trick takes you to the cc screen regardless but when you get there, you're suppose to enter in an expired cc number and when you hit submit should get the "our records indicate..." if you passed. If you failed, you will get a confirmation number that says you have registered for the test again.

Congrats on passing though mikey! It is a big weight lifted off your shoulders :)

And not to mention that you (general you) should wait until 24 hours after the conclusion of your exam to try the trick as the tests are scored twice for quality assurance.

Congrats, Mikey! :)

Well, the 10,0000000000000 thread on the "Trick" - haha!! I just laugh at these threads :roflmao:

Well the "new" trick takes EVERYONE to cc page. You actually didn't do the trick because you didn't input any cc info and click submit. Pvt does work, you just didn't do it right! Boom!

I took the test April 2. I did the trick. I gave it a old credit card number , with fake exp date and fake 3 digit code, and submitted it. I got the good pop-up! I did the quick results today and passed!!!

I would go insane. One of my instructors said she waited months because it was back when it was graded pen and paper and I just can't imagine lol. I expected the test to be tough, just not that tough. I felt like an idiot when I got finished.

You would not have gone insane. If you were from that time, your expectations would be in sync with how things were than.

Thank you :-) was not a fun test as you all know hahaha. And i didnt know about the credit card thing. I did just read, after I saw your post, that they make you do that now because they are sick of people getting free answers and not paying the whopping $8 lol. Is what is, I dont wanna hear the words NCLEX ever again. hahaha
