Official nursing student fall 2011 stand up!!!

I am so excited about starting the nursing program and thought it would be fun to see who else is excited!! Tell everyone what school you will be attending, what was your GPA, and TEAS score. Fall 2011 RRRRROOOOLLLLLL CCCCAAAALLLL:yeah::yeah::yeah:

I will be attending GPC, my GPA was 3.8, and my TEAS V score was 82%!

I start nursing school August 15th at SUSCC in Alabama. Very excited and nervous. Hopefully everything will work out and I will become a RN.:)

I will be starting my final year as an undergrad student. I am finishing my BSN in less than 9 months!!!

I start this fall semester with a 3.33 GPA

After initially being rejected then invited to take the TEAS for possible placement on a second alternate list, I got a call today telling me there is a spot for me in the fall 2011 class starting in three weeks at Cerritos. :D I am beyond excited and sooooooooo grateful to God!!!

Got accepted to 2 nursing programs. Skagit Valley College and WCC. WCC was my first choice so that is the program I will be attending :) GPA 3.96

Starting Septemeber 19th.... CAN'T WAIT! :)

Hi all!!! I start August 18th at WCCC in Pennsylvania. I'm a non-traditional student who works as a CNA. I'm going into this with a 4.00 (which I'm sure won't last once the actual nursing classes start, LOL!) after taking all my pre & co-reqs. I scored a 159 (96%) on the NLN PAX.

I'm so excited, but nervous, to get started!!! Congratulations to everyone else, and good luck!!!:D

I start nursing school September 7! GPA last quarter was 4.0, but other than A&P 2 the classes were super easy, and I am sure that will not last in nursing school. LOL! I scored 89.4% on the Teas (version 4). Congrats to all the new nursing students! :yeah:

I start my 2-year RN program next month, August 22nd. I'm excited and terrified! I will be attending Tulsa Community College in Tulsa Oklahoma, where I completed my gen ed requirements & prereqs. With 56 credit hours, I currently have a 3.58 GPA. My school does not use TEAS either. They take into account GPA, individual grades made in a few select gen ed classes, individual grades made in bio, anatomy, physio, chem, & micro, and also the scores on a test called the Nelson-Denny, which tests reading skills & vocabulary. Then everything is calculated in a scoring system and you're accepted/rejected based on how many points your application has.
