I am starting a new thread to track cases from NVC - embassy to GC.
The best news for RN in China, Phillippines and India has been great and informative thread, but I think it is more appropriate and convenient if we start a new thread.
Also with the rapid scheduling of interviews for most of us, I am looking beyond the CP and anticipating the GC!
The August interview schedules are out already in India, and recently in the Philippines and hopefully in China.

You were supposed to visit when you arrived, what happened? And when are you taking the exam?
I was not allowed by my agency to go to CA :angryfire until I finished my NCLEX exam, im scheduled to take it tomorrow. Im plannig to go to CA on Dec 4 to visit I hope I can see you then. I already booked my flight from NY to Ontario Airport, I hope there will be no more hassles!

I have I-140 approval dated October 4. My Immigration Attorney had me fill up a draft DS230 so that she has all the information ready to transfer to the Bar-Coded DS230 when it arrives from NVC. Visa bill has been paid November 16. Attorney has all my documents (birth/marriage certificates etc) ready to go. I am with Texas Service Center. How long between payment of visa bill and Packet 3 being sent? I am from the UK.

I was recommended to track online the progress and once it said sent to UK to give it 6 weeks and email them, if they acknowledge recieving it to ask if can book medicals and if they say yes then interview will be done within a couple of weeks of the medical.

2. When shall I expect my agent to receive the fee bill?
3. How long shall i wait until I receive my packet 4?
4. How will I know if There has already been a feel bill generated for my application? Where can I check on that?

ds230(packet 3) was already recieved by nvc , waiting to be reviewed.

fee bill was already generated and paid ,by your agent, your docs will not be requested from your agent if fee bill was not yet paid.

2 to 3 mos. after the documents has been reviewed.
