Not too many details - not too many clothes either...

Isn't this kind of like what people have been calling the zombie apocalypse. People running around naked and attacking people. Not the first time I heard this kind of story in the last 2 to 3 years. Pretty scarry. Probably some sort of drug people are on

It sounds like somebody who was hireable and sane at some point had a psychotic break and assaulted and battered their patient. It's just tragic.

There is a local station here in MI (Detroit area) that has a segment every morning about strange things that happen in Florida. They would have a field day with this.
