No Scott Toilet Paper?

Why is my favorite TP no longer available? What is happening with our distribution network? Why no Scott?

What other shortages are you all encountering?

No problems getting any TP, paper towels, paper plates, kleenex.

Problems getting red meat other than HB (2 pkg/family) and the quality of that looks suspicious. Chicken limited to 2 pkg/family. All soups, any brand/type/combination, etc. .. limit 3 cans per family.

I was FINALLY able to find Kraft mac/cheese (original with the pkg pwdr ... certain family member request and won't eat another version) after weeks and weeks.

No more old Sears & Roebuck catalogs anymore. (Way before my time, but my folks told me.)

I've tried ordering plain old canned baked beans. Not by the caseloads but only 2 cans, but none ...

Oh, yeah, I like that, too, @Kitiger (I just started really appreciating mac/cheese in the past year and that's one of my favs.

But, none in my town.

I also like Bob Evans mac/cheese. Really good. But, good grief! Zero found.

It has just got to be a conspiracy on mac/cheese.

We can't find Scott's toilet paper, either. But - so far - we've had no problems finding adequate toilet paper.

My DIL went to four stores on the hunt for toilet paper with no luck but at the fifth found one package of four single rolls of Angel Soft. Went up to pay for it and the clerk, an older lady, says, "Oh honey, do you need toilet paper?" Goes off and comes back with 30 double rolls of Kroger TP. DIL says it was like birthday, Christmas, striking gold and winning the lottery all in less than two minutes! On a side note my son (not DIL's husband) walked into 7-11 the same day and found 4 rolls of off-brand plus as 5 lb sack of flour and yeast just sitting there in front of his face. You gotta take what presents itself whether it's in Safeway or the 7-11.

One of the perks of a) NOC shift, and b) looking old is that I can hit the store during "seniors only" time, which is right after I get off work. Get there right after the shelves are stocked, pick your brand. TP, meat, frozen fruits (heck, I can even score durian fruit if you're among the brave), beans, mac & cheese...it's all in the timing. ?

We had issues with toilet paper availability but it's been fine for the last few weeks... Scotts was actually one of the first brands to be available at our local stores, believe it or not!
