Hi everyone. Does anyone know how one should go about applying for the State board in New Mexico? After the school sends the official transcript and after completing the fingerprinting requirements, how long will it take before one could be given an ATT? Thanks and have a nice day!
hi again.. i filled out the contact form in their website yesterday, and asked where could i find the spreadsheet that will contain the status of the applicants. and when i checked now my mailbox, ma'am vidaurri has replied and told me that "it will not be available until the end of november due to some changes that need to be made"
i actually sent 2 questions, one was about the spreadsheet and one was directly asking my status since iv been waiting since august, but unfortunately, ma'am vidaurri only replied regarding the spreadsheet question that i have posted above..
but i hope this info helps for all of us waiting for the retrogression in NM BON to be lifted up..haha.. just kidding.. so let's just all wait.. anyway, anything worth having is worth waiting for.. let's keep on studying..

hi. i already received my NM license. i'm planning to endorse my license to NJ. i'm just wondering... 'cause as per NJ's application form for license endorsement - "You MUST provide your Social Security number to the Board or Committee. Failure to do so will result in denial/non renewal of licensure or certification." So does it mean that I can't endorse my license? This is the case for all the states right? So is endorsement possible or not? Thanks for the help, really confused here.

You will get your SS no. after you are in the USA and have a Green Card. Do you currently have a SS no or not?
if you dont have a ssno - then use NM or Vermont to give your NCLEX - as these 2 state (apart from california and arizona) allow you to give the NCLEX without a s.s. no.
Then apply for a job - get it - get them to sponsor your Green Card - get the GC - then go to the USA and get a SSNo.
After you get your SSno - you can endorse the NM licence to the State that you are going to work - be it NJ or any other State.
You will have to meet all the requirements to Endorse to NJ or any other state. This could be finger prints, CES, etc. You will have to read the requirement needed by the State At the TIME of endoresement - which could be different from what they have now.
Best wishes
Does anyone tips of taking Nclex Rn exam for international Nurses Please? tank U
Check the threads on this site on NCLEX and the stickies
plenty of tips and tricks there
read it all and you will get a lot of practical information.
I estimate it will take you about 4-5 months to prepare for the nclex-rn.
Cost will be 350 $ for nclex if taken in Manila.
$ 200 approx will be cost of BoN registration for NM
Study material is extra.
All in all - it is a 6 month long process to give NCLEX-RN and to study for it.
Best wishes
