Hi everyone. Does anyone know how one should go about applying for the State board in New Mexico? After the school sends the official transcript and after completing the fingerprinting requirements, how long will it take before one could be given an ATT? Thanks and have a nice day!
1) a couple of my batch mates did take the exam, but indicated no-on having registered/licensed, is that a form of deceit to cgfns or something?and they also wrote a letter saying that they don't want to practice here in
the philippines so no validation from prc was sent by them.
2) in case one has already a license number, will that suffice for the ces, i mean it's not the cgfns exam anyway just an evaluation of your credentials?
-i did think about new mexico, but i'm just weighing the different choices.
tnx!
for the vsc, it asks if you ever took a national exam, and to with hold that information is essentially considered fraud. and the information on the ces must agree with the information on the vsc.............or months will be spent on getting it straightened out.
cgfns has already come out with a statement that they are not issuing a ces to those that took the june exam, as well as an other reports, or even an okay to take the cgfns exam based on that exam.
Hi,
i read the VisaScreen, I can't seem to find the area that asks if an applicant ever took a national exam. Can someone please direct it to me? A link or something. I might be missing something here.
All I've seen is that it asks for you to provide the title of your registration/license in your country of education, license number, country, etc, etc.
So if one has no license, then I presumed there's nothing to declare even if you took the exam. Coz it was asking for a license, not the exam that one took. Am I right or wrong?
What if you just took the exam and passed, but never register for a license, can't you still ask for CGFNS services? I hope not.
thanks to all of you especially bonsai, caringnursenj, sakuji, gracediwa, kiko...
you may not be aware of it but you have helped me a lot with my application to NM BON. by following your tips, i am now ready to send my application and payment to them. im also a june 2006 nle passer. with the inconsistent decisions regarding our nle, i cant afford to wait and wait and wait. nle is not the only means by which we can prove our competency as a nurse. im glad somehow, somewhere we are being given a chance, fairly and without prejudice.
GOD bless us all!
You're welcome bebe13. I wish you the best of luck!

hello starbee,
it will be better if you send your application with your fingerprint card, since they will not process your paper if you do not have the FP and payment yet.
if you want to know the status of your application or school documents email: [email protected]
Hi Starbee, yes you can send your application and payment even without the FP card. But as mentioned here, it wouldn't be processed until they get your FP cards. Also, you'd be paying twice for mailing your stuff if you do that. But should you decide that you want it that way, it's alright.
Hello there! Can I send my NM application form without the fingerprint cards? I'll just send te FC once i have it. My school said they sent the TOR 1st week of September. Do you know whom to contact to verify if they have receivd my TOR sent by the school already? Thank you so much!
